WEST HAM V LEEDS 08.3.21
We are coming off the back of an unlucky defeat against Man City. Are players will be very determined to get back to winning ways and keep our champions league dreams alive. A win will take us back up to 4th in the league table. Leeds are a team that are very good at attacking, but are not very strong defensively. If we defend well and make it hard for them to break us down, and the likes of Antonio and Souček are on their A game there is a massive chance that we will claim the 3 points. We have been a very good organised team this season, and a team that is very good defensively and are hard to brake down so I don’t see why we can’t do that.
Leeds aren’t in the best of form, they have lost 3 of their last 5 games. However West Ham are in decent form, only one defeat in our last 7 games.
The last match between West Ham and Leeds finished 2-1 to West Ham United. We were unlucky to not win by more and dominated the game.

The Hammers welcome the Whites to Elland Road in the final game of the weekend. David Moyes has worked wonders since taking over at the London Stadium And the same can be said of Marcelo Bielsa at Elland Road. Both sides have enjoyed relatively successful campaigns so far this season – West Ham especially. West ham are currently sitting in sixth spot in the Premier League table. A win against Leeds on Monday will see them move back inside the top five, however, with Chelsea playing host to Everton. Bielsa’s men can jump inside the top half with a win at the London Stadium. Leeds have scored 43 goals in 26 Premier League games this season – only four teams have scored more in the division.
Bielsa’s men are a wonderfully exciting team to watch. Sure, the Whites are vulnerable at the back but they attack with speed, precision and craft. West Ham are well organised defensively, but keeping Leeds at bay for 90 minutes will be a very tough task for the East London club. I think Leeds can get important players like Rodrigo and Philips back, it could be the perfect recipe to infiltrate the west ham defence, and Phillips could play a crucial part in defeating the hammers by man marking some of west ham's midfield talent. I think the fixture could be a close, but I think it has a draw written all over it.

Last time a Klich penalty put us 1-0 up but then a goal from Souček and Ogbonna turned the game around for west ham and then they went on to win 2-1
Since then west ham have carried on winning and Leeds have had there ups and downs Leeds are sat 11th in the table pushing for top 10 and west ham are 7th pushing for top 6/4
Key player for Leeds in attack is Raphinha as he is in great form at the moment and for west hams attack Lingard he is dangerous and is on form, for Leeds it is looking promising that Philips will return from injury and he is our most important player for our club especially in defensive area
My prediction is west ham 2-1 Leeds
